He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McCoy and Daisy Sellards McCoy; and his siblings, Billy Gene, Ellis, Fred, Glen McCoy, Ima Jean Garrett and Elsie Abney.
He is survived by: his brothers, AJ of Prestonsburg, KY. and James McCoy of Prestonsburg, KY..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
