He is survived by : his wife Ethelene Frazier Thomas of Prestonsburg; his children, Conan Brett Thomas of Somerset and Katrina Renee Thomas of Lexington; his siblings, Roscoe L. Thomas of North Carolina, Raymond Thomas of Whitesburg, Walter Thomas of Indiana and Alice Faye Thomas Craft of Whitesburg; his grandchildren, Azlynn Thomas, Alanna Thomas and Tyler Storck; and his great grandchildren, Laylah Lowe, Aiden Lowe, Cole Hayden and Gunner Payne.
