She is survived by: her parents, James Chaffins and Rhonda Bates Chaffins; her grandmothers, Mary Bates and Phyllis Reffitt; her children, Aleigh Paige Maynard of Prestonsburg, KY, Brooklyn Rayne Maynard of Prestonsburg, KY, Briley Reece Holbrook of Martin, KY and Brantley Chase Holbrook of Martin, KY; and her brothers, Jamie Chaffins of Martin, KY, Brody Chaffins of Martin, KY and Logan Chaffins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
