She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Webb and Maudie Watkins; her husband Clay Smith; her son Anthony Smith; and her sisters, Juanita Shepherd and Dolly Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Clay Jr. Smith (Sandy) of Mt. Olivet, Clayton Smith of Fort Gay, Shelia Rowe (Rocky) of Prestonsburg and Alicia Parsons (Ronnie) of Winchester, Kentucky; and her brothers, Roger Webb of Silverlake and Kenneth Webb of Blue River, Kentucky. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren & 8 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
