He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Ratcliff of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his siblings, Gary Ratcliff of Allen, Kentucky, Sheila Williams (John) of Banner and Debbie Samons (Ronnie) of Martin, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
