He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hall and Marie Short Hall; and his brother Kenneth Hall. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ochoa Hall; his daughters, Laura Smith (Kyle) of Pikeville, KY and Hailee Thacker (Kevin) of Prestonsburg, KY; his siblings, David Hall of Atlanta, GA, Mike Hall of Atlanta, GA and Phyllis Farthing (Bill) of Guntersville, AL; and his grandsons, Talan and Dawson Tackett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Sunday, April 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
