He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Rowe and Clora Vanhoose Rowe; his daughter Rebecca Preston; and his siblings, Charles Rowe, Grace Woody, Sylvia Mosley and Ruth Bridgett.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Josephine Wills Rowe; his sons, Rocky Rowe (Shelia) of Prestonsburg, KY and Charles "Chuck" Rowe (Leslie) of Prestonsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Cody Hamilton, Zachary Rowe, Nicholas Rowe, Jacob Rowe and DJ Preston; and his siblings, James Rowe of Winchester, KY, Jack Rowe of Prestonsburg, KY and Dorothy Day. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
