He is survived by: his wife Jessica Miller Wallen; his children, Timothy Patton of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Cory Patton of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Tyler Moore of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Braxton Moore of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Annie Allred of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his siblings, William Wallen of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Jamie Wallen of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Tiffany Wallen of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
