He is survived by: his mother Dianna Sue Blackburn; his children, Brandon Blackburn, Andrew Blackburn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Tiffany Hill (Kaya) of Bunnlevel and Whitney Meadows of Pike County, Kentucky; and his siblings, Michael Blackburn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Elisa Blackburn. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
