We announce the death of Bobbie Ann Hall (Princeton, Kentucky), who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 78. Bobbie Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her former husband Steve Sumner; her husband William David Fralick; her parents, Clarence Payne and Sylvia Ann Bloodworth Payne; her son Dana Joe Sumner; her brother William Deland Payne; and her grandparents, H. D. Payne, Rowena Aldridge Payne, Willie T. Bloodworth and Nannie Prescott Bloodworth.
She is survived by: her daughter Brandi Ann Fralick Harris (Robert) of Eddyville; her siblings, Betty Sue McIntosh of Benton, Nancy Carol Washer (Chris) of Cerulean, Kentucky and Clarence "Buddy" Payne, Jr.; her grandchildren, Haley Irene Sumner, Bri Harris (Jacob), Maddie Harris and R. J. Harris; her great grandchildren, Cole, Bella and Makenna Sumner; her stepchildren, Cynthia Franklin of Princeton, Kentucky, Tommy Hall of Princeton, Kentucky, Michael Hall of Princeton, Kentucky and Kevin Hall of Princeton, Kentucky; her niece Faye Dodd; and her nephew Dave Washer.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
