She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph David Smith and Ruby Mae Anderson Smith; her sisters, Julia Nell Gibson and Peggy Lynn Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Rodney Polk, Clifton Clift, Jr., Danny Gibson and Bobby Conquest.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Michelle Cumberledge (Todd) of Seaman, OH, Amy Littlefield (Dono McGregor) of Princeton and Matthew Anthony Cavanah (Ashley) of Marion, KY; her siblings, Joyce Conquest of Greenbrair, TN, Barbara Clift of Fredonia, KY, Betty Polk of Kuttawa, KY and Ralph Smith (Lynn) of Springfield, TN; her grandchildren, Hayden Cavanah, Tate Cavanah, Anna Casimir (Jean), Jesse Cumberledge (Deborah), Lilian Ginino (Flynn), Nathan Cumberledge (Heather), Ben Cumberledge (Destinie), Tige Littlefield, Sophia Littlefield and Amelia Littlefield; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Cumberledge, Faolan Cumberledge, Alaina Ginino, Andrea Ginino, Akeisa Ginino, Haze Cumberledge, Letty Cumberledge and Dianna Casimir.
