She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Baker; her sons, Harold Shane Perkins, Jonathan Lee Baker and Jesse Paul Baker (Jessica); her grandchildren, Brea Baker Allison (Connor), Link Baker, Jessica Puckett (Jarred) and Mason Perkins; and her sisters, Carolyn Summerford (Doug) and Bonnie Staudt (Billy). She is also survived by Six Great Grandchildren.
