He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Edward, Sr. and Edith Mae Tosh (Shephard); and his siblings, Dorothy Brown, Pearl Keyes, Bernadette, Wesley Grimes and Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Tosh (Lantaff); his daughter Wendy Sullenger (David) of Princeton; his sister Debbie Granstaff (Larry) of Princeton; his granddaughters, Mary Grace McAtee (Jamus) of Princeton and Adison Sullenger of Princeton; his great grandchildren, Jiles and Judd McAtee; and his caregivers, Beth Vinson and A. J. Damron. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
