It is with sadness that the passing of Edna Hamby of Princeton, Kentucky is shared. Edna, born on December 9, 1931, passed away on August 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenoard Teague and Jessie Jackson Teague; her husband Floyd Hamby; her daughters, Brenda Davis and Linda Hobby; her siblings, Louise Ramage, Katherine Adams, R. B. Teague and Robert Teague; and her sons-in-law, Norman Cotton and David Davis.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Cotton, Kathy Hartigan (Dale) of Princeton, Gary Hamby (Kay) of Oklahoma, James Hamby (Cindy) of Princeton, Wayne Hamby of Clarksville, TN and Bobby Hamby of Princeton. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morgans Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A burial was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (415 E Green St, Princeton, KY 42445).
