She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Carolyn Childress; and her brother-in-law Kevin Crowell. She is survived by: her father David Arnold Childress; her close friend Ronald Harper; her daughter Sarah Martin (Kyle) of Marion; her stepdaughter Madison Harper of Princeton; her son Jesse Sherrill, II (Chelsea) of Princeton; her siblings, Tammy Childress of Princeton, David Childress, II (Amy) of Princeton and Daniel Childress (Misty) of Princeton; her grandchildren, Drake Martin, Jaden Boyd, Gaige Sherrill, Korbin Sherrill and Freya Sherrill; and her nephews, Jack Childress, Roger Childress and Gary Knight.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
