She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Tomes (Megan) of Santa Rosa Beach, FL and Tyler Tomes (Jessica) of Humble, TX; her grandchildren, Cole, Eliza, Beau, Savannah, Emma, Brooklyn and Austin Tomes; and her siblings, Karen Wurtman of Nashville, TN, Celeste Sisk (Phillip) of Princeton, Susan Brinkley of Princeton, Margaret Lester of Chicago, IL, Mary Dearing (Mike) of Princeton, Lewis Wurtman (Debbie) of Princeton, Paul Wurtman (Nancy) of Tallahassee, FL and Michael Wurtman of Eddyville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (813 S Jefferson St, Princeton, KY 42445).
