He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Oliver and Ethel Brown Oliver; and his sister Laverne Coleman. He is survived by : his wife Vickie Oliver; his children, Crystal Oliver Davenport (Michael), Chad Oliver (Kasey), Bobbi Jo Fowler (Jerry) and Michael (Melissa); his siblings, Dotti Lyles (Kendall) and Richard Oliver (Barbara); his grandchildren, Logan Davenport (Carly), Lauren Cunningham (Cole), Izabella Oliver, Alicia Martin, Carrie Fowler, Will Fowler and Madison; his great grandchildren, Kash Davenport, Carson Reece, Sadie Humphrey, Roland Martin and Elsie Martin; and also, Becca, Allie Holt, Rowan Hubbuch, Lachlan Hubbuch and Travis Humphrey. He is also survived by Neighbors, and Mark (Amy) Neighbors.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A masonic service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
