With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gregory Layne Watson (Princeton, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Laceon and Louise Sigler Watson. He is survived by: his sons, Gerald Laceon Watson and Gerard Layne Watson of Caldwell County; his granddaughters, Emma Lora Watson of Lexington and Marjorie Grace Watson of Caldwell County; his siblings, Frederick Wayne Watson (Makia) and Toni Watson (Larry) of Caldwell County; his siblings' children, Jonathan Errol Watson, Frederick Wayne Watson, Jr. (Jennifer), Christopher Jon Stewart, Caleb Z. Watson, Jennifer Hale (Bill) and Taylor D. Watson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trevor Wayne Watson, Tanner Lee Watson, Tara Lynn Watson and Lillian Louise Hale.
