He is survived by: his father Thomas H. "Tom" Owen, Jr. of Eddyville; his stepfather Robert "Buttermilk" Tyrie; his siblings, Vanessa Dallas of Paducah and Timmy Lee Owen of Ohio; and his aunt Dianna Jones (Desirree Owen-Toy) of Calvert City.
