He is survived by: his wife Peggy Warfield; his children, Jamie Warfield (Rachel) of Clarksville, TN, Andy Warfield (Jennifer) of Cadiz, KY, Brian Ruffin of Princeton, KY and Marti McCarty (Chris) of Gilbertsville, KY; and his siblings, Barbara Hayes of Greenville, KY and Gary Warfield (Catherine) of Glasgow, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren.
