She was predeceased by : her parents, Jess Blackwell and Annie Blackwell; her husband Tommy Lacey; and her siblings, Louise Rowland, Fae Barnes, Jo Dahl, Darryl Blackwell, Thomas Blackwell, Morris Blackwell and A. B. Blackwell.

She is survived by : her daughter Molly Thomas (Marc) of Princeton; her sister Loyce Martin of Lawrenceberg, KY; her granddaughter Emily Catherine Ward; and her stepgrandchildren, Preston Thomas and Dru Hadley Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
