She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Ralph Blazier and Celeste Nelson Blazier. She is survived by: her husband Benny Slusser; her children, Randy Taylor (LeeAnn) of Murray, Lisa Webster (Mike) of Fredonia and Tami Melton (Paul) of Eureka, MO; her sister Sandra "Kay" Blazier of Louisville; her grandchildren, Cole Webster (Delaney), Bailey Oglesby (Dakota), Karter Melton, Kendra Melton, Samantha Shipley (Zack), Ann Young (Jordan) and Gabe Taylor (Micah); and her great grandchildren, Dannie Grace Webster, Tatum Webster, Benson Webster, Emaline Lee Shipley, Katherine Shipley and Baby Boy Young.
