She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Bob" Couch (Annette Alston Jordan) of Blythville, Terry Couch (Julie) of Princeton and Greg Couch (Stacy) of Plano, Texas; and her brother Clifford "Skip" West of Princeton, Kentucky. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
