He was predeceased by : his parents, Cliff Cox and Mary Hayes Cox. He is survived by : his wife Donna Hooks Cox; his brother Forrest Cox (Carol) of Georgia; his siblings-in-law, Danny Hooks (Lisa) of Caldwell County and Karen Hooks of Lamasco; and his pet Betty Lou. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
