She was predeceased by : her parents, Jewell Williams and Viola Gray Goodaker Williams; her husband Alfred "Hoppy" Smith; her daughter Donna Sue Bogle; and her brothers, Monroe Goodaker and Kenneth Goodaker.
She is survived by : her children, Tommy Bogle (Judy) of Caldwell County, Sherrie Darnell (David) of Madisonville, KY and Leigh Johnson of Caldwell County; her half-brother Gary Goodaker (Leslie); and her grandchildren, Shane Bogle (Missy), Nikki Robison, Dylan Smith, Alison Clayton (Joey) and Lori Lovvorn. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
