He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Donald Lewis and Wanda Jeanett Ramey Lewis. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Lewis of Paducah and Ronnie Lewis (Amanda Boren) of Caldwell County; his nephew Jacob Lewis; his great-nephew Keaton Lewis of Caldwell County; and his cousin Nancy Lane (Wendell) of Caldwell County.
