She was predeceased by : her former life partner Robert Wilson Beck; her parents, Edward Phelps and Henreitta "Jo" Josephine Prowell Phelps; and her brother Philip Phelps. She is survived by : her son Greg Robert Beck (Gina) of Fredonia, KY.; her granddaughters, Tara Samantha Beck and Whitney Shea Whitaker; her husband Phillip; and her great grandchildren, Breanna NaShea Rustin, Troyce Beck, Eli Beck, Gia Whitaker, Everly Whitaker, Becksly Whitaker and Phillip Dax Whitaker.
