He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Duncan and Goldie Duncan; his daughter Kathy Mumma; his son-in-law Doug Mumma; his brothers, Randy Duncan and Wallace Duncan (Rita); his brother-in-law Charles Scott; and his siblings, Dorothy Byrum (Max), Dean Height (Carmen), Barbara Duncan, Ronnie Duncan and Shirley Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Evonne Duncan; his sons, Terry Duncan (Tawana) of Madisonville and Robert Duncan (Chelsea) of Daphne, Alabama; his grandchildren, Kesha Springfield (Jeremy) and Jordan Burgess (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Brenton Springfield, Braydon Springfield, Olivia Burgess and Aubree Burgess; his pet Apollo; and his sisters, Nina Almon of Madisonville, Carolyn Faulk (Tony) of Earlington, Linda Kay Scott, Rita Chadwick (Gerald) of Madisonville and Sherry Duncan of Nortonville.
