He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Charlotte Rose Cansler Harper; his brother-in-law Dewight Meeks; and his niece Carrie Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Candace Marie Washam Harper; his sons, William "Zaiden" Harper and James "Camden" Harper; and his siblings, Diane Meeks of Princeton, Rhonda Rushing of California, Greg Harper of Princeton, Lonnie Swatzell of Princeton and Randy Swatzell of South Carolina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and great-nephews.
