He was predeceased by: his father Stanley "Peanut" Collins; his grandfather Oscar Hancock; and his uncle Ernie "Big E" Hancock. He is survived by: his mother Melissa Hancock; his siblings, John Thomas Hancock (Kaitlyn) of Printer, Kentucky, Lafarrah Little (Eplin) of Prestonsburg and Whitney Raisor (Dale) of Indiana; his siblings' children, Rebekah, Lukas, Eli, Riley and Tyler; his grandmother Barb Hancock of Printer, Kentucky; his uncle John Hancock (Margaret) of Martin, Kentucky; and his cousins, Nick Hancock (Alexandra), Whitney Hancock, Brent Hancock (Kim), Jacalyn Hancock and Nick Collins.
