He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Salisbury; his daughters, Sammie Salisbury of Printer and Artie Salisbury Slone (Buford) of Wayland, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Odessa Halcomb, Nathon Salisbury, Randy Duncan, John Duncan, Thomas Salisbury, Sammy Slone, David Slone and Buford Slone; his great grandchildren, Damon Salisbury, Granger Salisbury, Aubrey Slone and Winston Slone; and his siblings, John David Rose of Ivel and Hattie Marie Thornsbury.
