She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Moore, Jr. and Betty Jo Moore (Grigsby); and her brother Jon A. Moore. She is survived by: her husband Edward Carl Hammack; her children, Pamela Bergman (Dan), Kimberly Sample, Jeff Brown (Erin), Damien Hammack, Lavon Hoppes and Elizabeth Boykin; her sister Myrnette Moore-Lentz (Lace); and her grandchildren, Jeron Whalen, Ashton, Erynn Bergman, Garret, Kendall Brown, Patrick Hammack, Briquelle Hoppes-Gorr, Damie-Ann Allen and Danielle Boykin. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
