Barbara Bilyeu Redmon Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Bilyeu Redmon of Prospect, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delpha Braun and Frank Braun; and her former husbands, John Bilyeu and John "Bob" Redmon. She is survived by: her sister Betty Lindsey; her children, John "Jack" Bilyeu (Mary) and Kelly; her stepdaughter Jennifer; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Morgan, Elizabeth, Wesley, Shelly (Jesse) and Stephanie (Sam).

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A prayer will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Louisville Free Public Library (https://www.lfpl.org) in Barbara's memory.
