He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Herrick and Phyllis Herrick; his brother Greg; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Herrick and Tim Spears.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Brooks Herrick (Michelle) and Kate Robinson (Karl); his granddaughters, Violet, Darcy and Thea; his brother Alan Herrick (Lori); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Williford (Wes), Emily Melton (Matt), Jake Herrick (Lauren) and Scott Herrick (Kat).
