It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teodoro Gaddi Toledo Jr. of Prospect, Kentucky, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Teodoro Toledo, Sr. and Agueda Gaddi Toledo; his wife Sherryl Kaye "Sherry" Birkhead Toledo; and his sister Adelaida "Aida" Gaddi Toledo. He is survived by: his children, Dr. T. Keith Toledo (Mylene) and Traci Evans (Jimmy); his grandchildren, T. Dominic, Isabella Toledo, Clay and Vince Evans; and his sisters, Lynn Rothbauer (Carey) and Luz Williford.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman Funeral Home (3711 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40207). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church (1395 Girard Dr, Louisville, KY 40222). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Cave Hill Cemetery (701 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204).
