She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Turner and Belle Stone Turner; her husband James Burklow; her daughter Vickie Burklow; her brothers, Herschel Turner, George Turner and T. J. Turner; and her nephew Larry Turner.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Teresa Fuentes of Illinois and Steven Carline of Illinois; her great grandchildren, Logan Carline, MaKayla Carline, Sophie Carline, Gabriella Fuentes and Geselle Fuentes; and her sibling's children, Terry Turner (Carol) of Dixon, KY, Angie Boram (Kenn) of Eddyville, KY, Teresa Thompson (Willie) of Madisonville, KY and Mary Beth Turner of Dixon, KY.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
