She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther T. Allen and Kali Rogers Allen; her husband John; her son David McDaniel; and her brothers, Calvin Allen, Billy Allen and Austin Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa McDaniel Crawford (Pete) of Collierville, TN and Allen McDaniel of Mt. Vernon, IL; and her stepdaughters, Carole Palazzo (Fred) of McCordsville, IN, Laura Creemer (Larry) of Greenfield, IN and Julie Gutzwiller (Joe) of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
