He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Sisk and Mary Vance Sisk; and his brother William Loman Sisk. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his daughters, Stephanie Crane (Kent) of Flowery Branch, GA, Gina Robinson (Jason) of Dalton, KY and Marci Ashby (Jarrod) of Camden, TN; and his brothers, John Sisk of Madisonville, KY and Larry Sisk of Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
