He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Howard and Virginia Kiser Howard; and his wife Sylvia Howard. He is survived by: his niece Sylvia Cadle; his nephew Jonathan Keiser; and his cousins, JoAnn Riffe of Raceland, KY, Jean, Don Middleton of Wurtland, KY, Gary Steven Young (Kathy), Chris Allen Riffe (Tonya) and Renei Riffe Darby (Steve).
