It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Andrew Stephens of Radcliff, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 39, on May 7, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Thurman Stephens, Wayne Carpenter and Carlis Tharp. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Stephens and Linda Stephens (Tharp); his wife Amber Stephens (Duty); his son Silas Owen Stephens; his brothers, Joshua Stephens and Wesley Stephens; his sister-in-law Erica Stephens; his nephews, Austin and Elijah Stephens; and his grandmothers, Phyllis Tharp (Moore) and Clara Carpenter (Claxon). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
