He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder C. A. Lynes and Lucille E. Thirgood Lynes; and his siblings, Lois Marie Lynes Burwell and Percival F. Lynes (Percy). He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Sharon Thompson (William), Carla Lynes and Gregory P. Bibb. He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
