He was predeceased by: his sister Sharmane Moore. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Barnes; his son Richard Barnes; his granddaughter Elisa Barnes; and his brother Richard Barnes.
A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
