She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brooks and Barbara Chapman Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Tyler, Sr.; her children, Antionette Tyler and Curtis Tyler, Jr. (Meredith); and her siblings, William Brooks, Jr. (Matrice), Minkah Baraka (Michelle), Linda Smith, Ife Titilola and Julia Goodwin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great grandchild.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dove Church (1189 Sunset Dr, Radcliff, KY 40160). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Ky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Percell & Sons Funeral Home (120 Haycraft St, Elizabethtown, KY 42701).
