He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Santiago (Johnny) of Greensburg, Amy Perry (Tyrone) of Radcliff, Edwin Polo Santiago (Rachel) of Greensburg, Ada Santiago of Radcliff and Princess Hernandez (Onis) of Radcliff; his brother Mark Larson of Greensburg; his caregiver Edwin Santiago (Iris Lucia Nolasco) of Summer Shade; his former wife Brenda Smith (Danny) of Greensburg; his brother-in-law Robbie Sanders; and his close friends, Jared Smith, Taylor Adkins, Amber Benningfield and Jose Garcia Salas.
