He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Handley and Annie Handley. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Handley and Allen Handley; his granddaughter Amaya Handley; and his siblings, Dorothy Ingram, Elmer "Dill" Handley (Debbie) and Joyce Handley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
