It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geri Lucey of Radcliff, Kentucky, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Emil Offner and Patricia Offner; her brother Bill Offner; and her son-in-law Bill Gamble. She is survived by : her husband Ken Lucey; and her daughters, Elizabeth Gamble, Kenna Tribble and Meghan Freeman.
