Herman Edward Gilley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Herman Edward Gilley of Radcliff, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Herman leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Herman may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Gilley and Minnie Gilley; and his siblings, David Gilley and Barbara Gilley Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Davetta Gilley of Radcliff, KY; and his children, Tracy (Bill Rose), James (Tammy Gilley) and Christian (Binkley Dallas). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and all other family members.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Radcliff First Assembly of God (250 Rogersville Rd, Radcliff, KY 40160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the TRI City Funeral Home (496 Holly St, Benham, KY 40807).
