With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Perry of Radcliff, Kentucky, who passed away on October 8, 2020 at the age of 20. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather William Perry. He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Poisal (Eric Wise) and David Perry of Radcliff, Kentucky.; his fiancé Alexis Richey; and his siblings, Victoria Perry, Hanna Perry, Brooklynn Williams, Landon Perry, Kylie Perry, Jaxon Wise, Ashlee Ray, Brieanna Kallenberg and Patrick Wise. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of friends.
