He was predeceased by : his grandfather William Perry. He is survived by : his parents, Jennifer Poisal (Eric Wise) and David Perry of Radcliff, Kentucky.; his fiancé Alexis Richey; and his siblings, Victoria Perry, Hanna Perry, Brooklynn Williams, Landon Perry, Kylie Perry, Jaxon Wise, Ashlee Ray, Brieanna Kallenberg and Patrick Wise. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of friends.
