She was predeceased by: her parents, James Haskins and Vera Lee "Husband" Haskins; and her sister Sandra Brown Ms. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Flowers of Radcliff, A'da Chukwu and Aester Isaac; her sisters, Patricia Allen, Adrian Dean, Laverne Richard (Leonard) and Jammie Smith; and her grandchildren, Alijah Isaac, Sariya Delgado Flowers, Dexton Flowers, Daliah Flowers, A'Lynn Lucey and Aaliyah Isaac.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Percell & Sons Funeral Home (120 Haycraft St, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Restoration Worship Center.
