Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
